Releasing Stress

Information shared these days indicates we are a society filled with stress.

Stress comes in many different forms - see image.
~ worry
~ fatigue
~ depression
~ frustration
~ physical challenges
~ emotional challenges
~ mental challenges

Here are some tips to reduce and release your stress;

Practice deep breathing ~ inhale through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth.
Find a quiet place and time of day when you can use this breathing technique.

Introduce physical activity ~ physical activity boosts endorphins, natural mood lifters. Physical activity helps reduce stress hormones like cortisol.
A brisk 30-minute walk will significantly improve your mood and release your stress.
