In your very busy life it is important to take time to relax. Taking time to unwind will help you feel calmer and less tense.
Here are a few tips on how to relax:
1. Find a quiet space to meditate and/or do some breathing exercises.
2. Go for a walk.
3. Practice yoga.
4. Listen to calming music - you can do this on your walk or in your quiet space.
